- When someone dials the emergency rescue number, Aid Angel H34L will swiftly arrive at the scene—ignoring traffic jams and roadblocks—and provide emergency treatment to anyone in need, regardless of their identity, protecting them from further harm and preventing the continuation of violent incidents.
- This has become a beautiful sight in District 28, reflecting the original intention of its establishment: that anyone coming to District 28 would receive protection—though this intention has gradually faded. Because of this, many tourists from outside the district linger nearby to take photos and check in.
