Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, striving to provide you with the highest level of service.

A. Delivery Time

The total delivery time is split into two parts:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
Estimated Shipping Time: 3–10 business days (varies by destination).

Important Notes:

The timeframes above apply to in-stock items. For "Pre-order" items, orders will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse following the manufacturer's official release.

Shipping times are estimated averages and may vary depending on customs clearance, destination regions, and local logistics conditions.

B. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted logistics partners to offer flexible shipping methods depending on your location and package size, including:

Air Express / Standard Air Freight
Ocean Freight
Ground / Road Transportation

C. Shipping Fees

Calculated at Checkout: Shipping rates vary based on your destination country/region, package weight, and chosen shipping method. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment.

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over US$30.00 (or the equivalent in your local currency), based on your order subtotal excluding shipping, taxes and duties. A limited number of items, which we ship from our regional US, UK and German warehouses, carry a higher threshold of US$35.00.

Free shipping may not be available for orders to the following destinations, depending on the warehouse your order is fulfilled from:

Canada
Mexico
Spain
Italy
Netherlands
Sweden
Greece
Ireland
Iceland
Norway
Poland
Switzerland

Orders to these destinations are shipped at the standard weight-based rate, typically starting at US$10.00.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — if it applies to your order, no shipping charge is added.
