HIPLAY Pre-Orders, Shipping Times and Regional Listings Explained
A manufacturer’s expected release date, arrival at our warehouse and dispatch of your order are different events. Check the availability and destination restrictions of the selected listing before ordering.
When does a pre-order ship?
Under HIPLAY’s current shipping policy, pre-orders are fulfilled and shipped when stock arrives at our warehouse following the manufacturer’s official release. An expected release month is not a guaranteed delivery date.
The in-stock processing and shipping estimates below do not begin simply because a pre-order has been placed. If your order combines pre-order and in-stock items, contact HIPLAY to confirm the dispatch arrangement for that order.
What are the estimates for in-stock items?
- Processing: 1–2 business days.
- Estimated shipping: 3–10 business days, varying by destination.
These estimates apply to in-stock items and are separate stages. Customs clearance, the destination region and local logistics can affect delivery. They are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival promise.
What does “US Only” mean?
A regional restriction applies to the specific listing. For example, the Fondjoy Hulkbuster US listing and Killerbody Wheelie US listing ship to US addresses only. A product being visible while browsing does not mean that this regional listing can be shipped to every destination.
Is shipping always free?
No. The current policy offers free standard shipping on eligible orders over US$30, based on the subtotal excluding shipping, taxes and duties. A limited number of items shipped from regional US, UK and German warehouses have a US$35 threshold.
Depending on the fulfillment warehouse, free shipping may not be available to Canada, Mexico, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Norway, Poland or Switzerland. Which information should I check before ordering?

- The difference between processing time and transit time.
