- Utu, Dido, and Otaitis are members of the UD6 Weapons Development Department, hailing from a distant galaxy and accidentally stranded on this planet. They are known as Ignes Fatui, a type of sentient energy being without a physical body, each possessing their own personality similar to humans.
- They are passionate about weapon development and always have innovative ideas. They custom-design weapons for the UD6 team members; for instance, Hiro's PT Katana is one of their proud creations.
- However, they often cause trouble while experimenting with new weapons, as the weapons they develop tend to be extremely powerful, requiring UD6 to assist in cleaning up the aftermath.
